Benefits for registered members are tied to an individual member. All product prices include/exclude VAT in accordance with the law. ORDERING AND PRICES
The consumer contract between KROCOM, d.o.o. Brežice, and the buyer on lotuscollectibles.com is concluded at the moment when KROCOM, d.o.o. Brežice (lotuscollectibles.com) sends to the buyer order confirmation, proforma invoice or original invoice via email or in any other way, if agreed so (exceptions are »PREORDER« and »BACKORDER« products, the policy of which is explained in the "PREORDERS / BACKORDERS" section). From this moment on, all prices and other conditions are considered fixed and binding and apply to both the company and the buyer.
PRE-ORDERS / BACK-ORDERS
The company KROCOM, d. o. o. Brežice (lotuscollectibles.com) also offers the option of »PREORDERS« and »BACKORDERS« for certain products. When placing a “PREORDER" and "BACKORDER", you guarantee that all your information about the company is accurate, and you ensure their up-to dateness. KROCOM d.o.o. Brežice assumes no responsibility for inaccurate information and is not obliged to endeavour to establish correct contact information or sending information. If you wish to change or update your information at any time, please contact us at info@lotuscollectibles.com.
All submitted pre-orders / back-orders are binding on the client (buyer) and cannot be canceled.
If you have mistakenly PREORDERED / BACKORDERED any product, please notify us as soon as possible at sales@lotuscollectibles.com.
Products with the "PREORDER" and "BACKORDER" option are considered as an exception, so they are treated separately and are subject to the following business policy:
- in the case of allocations by manufacturers, the dates on which PREORDERS / BACKORDERS were placed may be taken into account to determine allocations of them, so it is recommended that PREORDERS / BACKORDERS be submitted within the relevant deadlines (before the “Order Deadline” expires),
- PREORDERING / BACKORDERING products does not guarantee that you will receive them, even if the PREORDER / BACKORDER was submitted within the deadline (“Order Deadline”),
- due to easier operation, it is not possible to have products from regular sales and PREORDERS / BACKORDERS ("PREORDER" and "BACKORDER" products) in the shopping cart at once, as all additional costs (e.g. handling fee) are charged according to the characteristics and price of whole shopping cart. The cart automatically detects whether products are from regular sales or PREORDERS / BACKORDERS ("PREORDER" and "BACKORDER" products), and automatically blocks the addition of products from another group,
- when placing a PREORDER / BACKORDER, you need to choose “PREORDER” as a shipping method because shipping costs will be calculated subsequently according to the service, weight, dimensions and other properties of the products. - at least 3 days before the pickup so we can prepare everything needed,
- when placing a PREORDER / BACKORDER, we always charge 0,50% of the total amount “Handling Fee”,

In the case that the liabilities are not settled within the agreed deadline, the company KROCOM, d.o.o. Brežice reserves the right to cancel a PREORDER / BACKORDER, change the price or claim the customer,
- when placing a PREORDER / BACKORDER, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail, which is for information purposes only.
Lotus Collectibles (KROCOM, d.o.o. Brežice) reserves the right to change any of the terms for any reason or no reason.
SHIPPING
KROCOM, d.o.o. Brežice is not responsible for any additional costs (taxes, customs duties, etc.) that may be incurred when sending packages. For any information related to shipping, we are available at sales@lotuscollectibles.com.
Shipping costs depend on the location and weight of the products. We also offer the option of own pickup ("I will arrange my own pickup"), about which you must contact us in advance at sales@lotuscollectibles.com (in this case, we are not responsible for any damage related to transport or unloading).
HANDLING COSTS
For each package we charge you an additional 0.50% of the total amount (“Handling Fee”).
DISCOUNT CODES
A discount code or promotion code brings various benefits when buying on lotuscollectibles.com. You can find the active code on the cover page of the advertisement, in the email by lotuscollectibles.com or in other media. The code brings various benefits, ranging from gifts to discounts. The validity of any code is always limited in time and must be used within its limited validity period, otherwise it is invalid.

Purchasing process is identical for all the registered users, with the possibility of special arrangements. The purchasing system is consumer-friendly and guides him or her through the ordering process using a logical model.
PURCHASE NOTIFICATION PROCEDURE

RETURNS
We only accept refunds in case of our error. All requests for refunds should be sent to us at sales@lotuscollectibles.com, and they will be processed in accordance with the existing Slovenian legislation.
CONSUMER'S RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM THE CONSUMER CONTRACT (applicable only to natural persons)
- In the case of e-commerce contracts, the buyer has the right to exercise his or her rights in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act and other sectoral legislation.
- In case of a justified reason for withdrawal, the buyer shall contact the customer service at sales@lotuscollectibles.com.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Lotuscollectibles.com does its best to ensure that the information published on its website is up to date and accurate. Despite this, the characteristics of the products, delivery times or prices can change so rapidly that lotuscollectibles.com may not be able to update the data published on its website on time. In such cases, lotuscollectibles.com will notify the consumer of the changes and allow him or her to withdraw from the consumer contract or change the ordered product.
Lotuscollectibles.com shall not be responsible for the content of product reviews written by website visitors. Prior to publication, lotuscollectibles.com shall review and reject the opinions which contain obvious untruths, are inappropriate, misleading or offensive. Lotuscollectibles.com shall not be responsible for the information provided as content of the reviews and disclaims any liability arising from the information provided therein.
Lotuscollectibles.com shall have the right to withdraw from the contract only if a significant mistake has been discovered (Article 46 of the Code of Obligations - OZ). Buyers shall guarantee to the accuracy and authenticity of all information transmitted and shall be liable to the company KROCOM, d. o. o.
